I thought the products were very good, the range was excellent, I felt the prices were a bit on the high side. The delivery time was a bit longer than I had hoped but more or less what I expected.

Generally the service was excellent but one assistant was irritating

Bit of time to be served despite the store being empty. Otherwise very friendly

Satisfied with the service at the store but as a returning customer I was a bit wary as to delivery times due to a previous experience where my order was delayed.

Satisfied to me is 100 percent. That's me pleased. If you give me the order free I will consider "Highly Satisfied" a possibility. :-)

Did survey and answered the question as I saw fit. Not aware I had to justify my response

Apart from taking me out for dinner there is not much else tuey could of done

Mainly having to wait for 2 weeks until mattress delivered - had thought the store may have items to purchase and take away. Also, 2 weeks is quite a while for delivery, though to be fair another store was quoting 3 weeks, so better in that respect.

i was satisfied with the salesman who dealt with me who's name was Ronnie but I found the two other sales people in the store were very loud pushy and over-confident and if I had ended up dealing with either of them I would have walked out of the store without buying. It was just luck that the salesman I got was not like the other two. There is nothing wrong with approaching customers and trying to be helpful but the other two were totally over the top, arrogant, pushy and not pleasant to listen to.

Delivery to my area was going to take over a month so I've paid for it to be delivered myself. But staff on the phone very helpful and it will not be a problem
