We had a warm welcome upon arrival and the man was very attentive but let us browse at our own pace. Once we had made our selection he was very quick and efficient in serving us. The showroom is very well laid out with great information for each product. Very friendly staff too.

Tracy our sales assistant was very welcoming and understanding. We were shopping for a new mattresses after buying a frame in your online sale in Jan but wantted to make use of the machine in store. We brought our 4 month along with us and Tracy made me very relaxed when he became unsettled. I never once felt rushed or like he was a distraction. Tracy was able to provide us with alot of additional information and was able to answer every question we had. She really knew her stuff but not in a pushy way. Cant thank her enough for her help from ariving to leaving. Lookomg forward to receiving our new bed
