When we receive our purchase it arrives flat pack and I have to make up the bed which I am not keen to do. The salesman explained that the delivery team have no time to make the bed up which I didn't find very helpful. We bought a corner sofa from DFS last year and they kept it for us for about 9 months and when I phoned them up to put it together they were up in the next 4 days

The sales team were friendly and not too pushy...just as I like. However, I think that the whole sytem to order product and set up payments is very time consuming and a little confusing as you get literature bombarding you from all directions and you just end up signing on command without really knowing what you just signed up to. Also, the slaes desks were right next to each other and another family were getting served at the same time.... they had 2 young children and it was really distracting....A little more privacy would have helped.

There was not a huge selection of beds to choose from and the delivery date was a bit long after visiting the store but these are minor points.

During the purchasing process I was given a pack of 4 silent night pillows. I was under the impression that this was a freebie. However when I received the invoice online it was noticed that I had been charged £19-99 albeit which was at a discounted price. If I had been told that there was a cost involved I would not have purchased this item as I have already have a compliment of fairly good pillows. My intention was to give these new pillows to my granddaughter who has just moved into a new home and needs any items of bedding she can get her hands on. I will still these pillows, but it was a little bit naughty of your sales representative not to make clear that there was a cost involved.

I forgot my bank card . Still got my order off and paid through a phone call later that night

There's always room for improvement, I had to give all my details again, I would have thought they woul have been stored as a returning customer.
