I was served by the store manager, this was only after being left to wait a very long time, when she eventually served me she walked off to see to another set of customers. I found this highly rude as I was in to make a cash sale. When she came back I had to tell her I wanted to order a bed. She took a long time to get me sat down to make the order and then while I was sitting she was bad mouthing another customer who was in with a child. The time the order took to process was unnecessary as she was speaking to other members of staff about their sales. She should of been concentrating on her own. I only continued with the purchase because of the sale, if this hadn't been the case I would of walked out. Completely unprofessional and I have chosen not to revisit the store to purchase the specialist bedding I require.

Ask me some more questions after the product has been delivered and tested. It is impossible to give an opinion until then. It is like asking how you enjoyed your meal in a restaurant when you have only just ordered it. The two members of staff were very helpful but can tell you no more till the beds have been well and truly tested and if they were worth the money. Will let you know eventually. I. Poor knowledge, lack of staff in the store. Almost 2 month wait for the mattress!!! Conflicting information given from different members of staff

I came to your store in Inverness and the staff were brilliant and my husband and i were very happy. We came home to the isle of lewis to order using finance and a) you do not deliver to the island free and b) we could not do finance online because the bed needed to be delivered to card address and not courier address. So now my husband and i have to take a day off work and spend a couple of hundred pound just to come back and do finance in the store. This is highly inconvenient and costly. Your staff however were brilliant and we will be happy with our purchases i am sure.

Tracey, the Inverness store manager was very helpful, but she then went on holiday and the only way I can describe her replacement is obstructive!

Perfectly satisfied upon leaving the store however, I received an email from your newsletter yesterday that I never signed up for so I must assume the only way you got my email for the newsletter was through the order I placed. I never agreed to receive the newsletter and am therefore a little annoyed at this.
