We found the sales assistant to be extremely well informed. Very patient with us and she got to fully understand our needs. I didn't feel that we were put under pressure to buy but felt that we needed to ensure we had the best possible mattress. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. I would have absolutely not hesitation recommending dreams and I am looking forward to receiving our new mattress. First class service thank you
