Sorted, just what I needed

The assistant did not pressure me in to buying what I was looking for but assisted me as to what was in store and left me to my own devices.

The lady serving me was very helpful and understood my needs most helpful

Two representatives from Glasgow welcomed us and offered tea/coffee, which my son and I gladly accepted. The. The local assistant was very helpful and did not hurry us at all. She explained,the different products and the offer to,return the mattress if I didn’t like it. All very satisfactory.

Very helpful lady. Sorted out what I required very efficiently. Good product at good price.

The Lady who served us was very nice! Extremely helpful and most definitely welcoming. Not bought a bed before and she made the process fun and didn’t make us feel like we had a silly question. We didn’t plan on buying a bed frame from you, just the mattress, but what she offered and how she made our experience we decided to do it all with dreams as we were really pleased with the service! Thank you!
