My son is autistic so finding the right bed for him is essential. The member of staff Tracy was amazing with him and so understanding of his behaviour in the shop and involved him so much. She gave him a balloon as a distraction which was brilliant as it gave me time to discuss what I was looking for and consider all my options. Absolutely outstanding experience.

Berny assisted us and was very friendly, helpful and her product knowledge was great. She answered our questions when we asked but was not overbearing or hovering and she helped us choose the correct mattress. She was really sweet, but also very efficient.

The Salesman was very informative and had a good understanding of the products on sale. We had plenty time to try out various mattresses and, at no point, were we pressured in to buying any product.
