Speed of placing the order, assistance in the store and friendliness. Military discount was very welcome and appreciated. Bit disappointed that the delivery time went from 2 to 5 weeks in the space of an hour though.

We visited twice, the first time to look for a mattress and David (Dave) looked after us really well. on returning yesterday we were again well looked after by David(Dave) and the branch manager Tracy. Both highly knowledgeable about products and very friendly and professional. a credit to your company
