What can I say? I rarely partake in these post shopping surveys, but was so glad when this opportunity came up! I needed a small double mattress for our glaming pod, here in the Isle of Lewis. I couldn't believe how difficult it was. That is, until I phoned your Inverness Branch and spoke with initially Donnie and then Thomas to get the mattress ordered. They both had great knowledge of their products and answer all my "impertinent" questions (!!), truthfully and professionally. I ordered said mattress on the 29th of July and it arrived at our property via Woody's delivery almost exactly 24 hours later. Wow. Just wow. What truly amazing service, particularly in such challenging times. You are so fortunate to have such great employees in Inverness! I ordered a mattress protector at the same price and will be back to swoop on the remaining two in Inverness! I will be telling all my friends and family about this and if your mattress is mentioned I will tell them all where I got it!! (hopefully guests will love it - very comfortable!!) Superb!
