The staff member helping us was extremely knowledgeable. We made an appointment and had the store to ourselves. The staff member was very helpful and went over and above. We went away to consider the mistress as it was out of our price range. The sales person (Donnie Inverness store) contacted me via email to Let me know there was 20% off silent night products and so we were able to purchase the product with his help.

We were greeted welcoming on entry. Covid procedures explained. Then enquired about our needs and explained needing a new mattress. Offered the use of the machine to test our needs. After that shown examples matching our results. All very friendly and not pushy. I would recommend maybe asking the customer the range of prices they are wanting to spend. Not all customers have vast fortunes to spend.
