The person who served us was very friendly and efficient. He certainly knew what he was talking about. Nothing was too much bother. I would recommend Dreams to anybody. We bought our existing bed from your store right years ago.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and did not rush me through options. He did not pressurise me either. That said, he did not have the authority to offer any discount other than off the old bed collection.
