Excellent customer service. The man who served us in the Inverness store took lots of time to make sure we were suited to the correct mattress to fully support us. Picking the base and headboard was easy as all the options were given to us and fully explained by the member of staff. Highly recommended. Thankyou Dreams inverness.

Very friendly assistant and made your feel very easy and the was knowledgeable about what he was selling and told you about each bed and did not skip over each bed and let you test each matrices and did not push you to make up your mind

We felt it was important for the salesperson helping us to facilitate our choice of the item we required. He made every effort to ennable us to test all the possible products available to us, and put us under no pressure to choose the most expensive, though we actually did. We had a lot of time to choose what we wanted and thoughout the salesman was helpful and informative.

Went in the store to buy a mattress and was greeted with a mug of coffee... brilliant! Loved the personal touch and the colleagues level of competence and knowledge about the product. Will be back for another replacement for another bed very soon!

We walked in knowing what we wanted, and the store manager knew exactly what we wanted even though it was brand new and not on the floor display yet. She was friendly and efficient putting our order in, and no one was excessively pestery with trying to sell us extras. Great experience!

The colleague spent their time understanding our needs and helped us narrow down the options and gave us time to spend finalising our decision. I hate being rushed into a purchase especially such a big purchase like this. She came up and checked up on us and gave us fabulous service!!
