Customer service was excellent made to feel very welcome and time was taken to understand what we were looking for didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and staff had very good knowledge of products in store very pleasant experience 👍🏻

After visiting a competitor before visiting Dreams on Harbour road Inverness I was extremely surprised with the depth of knowledge shown from Donnie. No hard sales techniques were performed. We had trial on the sensory mattress to determine what we required. He then showed us various mattresses to suit our needs. Then allowed us to make our own choice. Cannot praise him enough.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Store well laid out, easy to look about. Prices displayed easy to understand.

From the moment we entered the store we were given a bit of time on our own to look around and then asked if we needed any help. The staff were friendly & informative and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything/making a rushed decision. We were also given refreshments.

Having just moved into my first house I decided I wanted a new bed, I went to bensons for beds and left shortly after as they were useless, I went to dreams in inverness holding little hope and was pleasantly surprised the man who served us was the most pleasant and helpful man I think I’ve come across in inverness, driven to help me find the product that is best suited for me and my budget, I could not thank him enough or speak highly enough of the services provided, ultimately the way I feel about my experience wasn’t much to do with company but the salesman
