The staff member in the Inverness branch (Mark I think) was excellent and helped us with a problem with a mattress from another company, in the end we demanded a refund and went straight to him to purchase our mattress.

Friendly helpful staff at dreams in Inverness

We were attended to straight away and given some general info. My wife and I then looked at the mattresses alone for a while and when we had made a few choices, the sales assistant was very attentive and helpful with narrowing down the options to settle on the best one for us.

Yes I phoned about a tv bed on phone when in to store was happy with all and bought 2 the lady was great and went through everything 3 times to make sure I understood everything .

From start to finish, we were made to feel welcome, the advice from the assistant was first class, and made sure we got what we were looking for and not what they wanted to sell.

Upon entry to the store until we left, we were helped all the way, friendly and professional. Sold me what I wanted and not what they wanted me to have.

I have dealt with the Inverness store before and they were very helpful this time I had done my research on line and again my order was quickly dealt with
