Donnie in the Inverness store was very helpful, without being pushy and very knowledgeable about the products.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from the lady at the Dreams store, Lisa knew her stuff she made us feel very welcome and I feel very satisfied with my purchase.

Donnie who served me was extremely knowledgeable and took great care and attention to my needs/wishes. He remembered me when I came back 2 weeks later to place my order. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to place an order. I greatly enjoyed the shopping experience. I have recommended Donnie especially to friends and colleagues.
