The young blonde man Dannie in the Inverness store was very knowledgable offered me a lie down on the sleepmatch machine and made a lovely cup of Nescafé coffee. Service with a big smile. Will definitely visit the staff and branch again soon!

Very good service from start to finish. Was given all the time we needed to make our decision without at any stage feeling under pressure. Product knowledge and the manner in which the information was explained to us was excellent. A very good experience.

We were met at the door by a lovely lady called Tracy was straight away put me at ease by taking my children to the corner to colour in and allowed my young boy to watch TV on one of your amazing TV beds. She then moved on to allow us to try your machine to match the correct mattress to us. After this Dave joined her and showed us lots of beds and mattresses that would suit us. We were then giving a quote on the product we liked. At this point I explained that I had travelled to see the beds and wished to look at another few shop before I purchased the bed.We left to look elsewhere. After deciding that the staff at Dreams were completely understand with there customer service this made me return to make my purchases. When we returned again meet by the staff as soon as we went in who straight away helped take control of my child to allow me to do a second check on the bed and mattress. Tracy then explained everything to us and also sold us some lovely extras to go with the bed. My experience with the staff at Dreams will always stay with me. Outstanding customer service.
