Excellent welcome to the store by a friendly member of staff who was very knowledgeable of the product range within the store. Great advice given to us and it never felt if we were being rushed to make a decision. Employees who are at the front end of a company are very important for the company's image and reputation. Your female employee within the store represented herself and you store in a very professional but informal manner Thank You
