When entering the store, Tracey approached us in a friendly manner and informed us of the different mattress colour coding. Tracey left us to ponder over our purchase. After making our decision the order was placed efficiently and in a timely and friendly manner. I would highly recommend this store and visit again for future purchases.

Extremely easy to deal with and everything was explained to us. I also liked the fact that you were given the opportunity to have a computer generated type of mattress to suit your individual needs. The salesman was polite and courteous throughout the sale. We had been shopping around for a bed and mattress for a while and were more than pleased with the product we purchased.

People buy from a person and our assistant could not have been more helpful. We spent a long time in the stores and what could have been a trying time was not, because of her friendly helpful attitude.
