The team all went over and above to assist me choosing the correct mattress Nothing was a problem , I even had a lovely cup of tea

Did not know about the sleepmatch. Although I think it is worthwhile, it was quite a painful experience for me having to lie on my back for so long - I was nearly giving up!

We were served by Donnie who was extremely helpful without being overbearing. He was on his own in the store due to staff illness and had another customer to deal with. He managed this very well, by explaining the situation and reassuring us he would be with us shortly. Donnie gave us great advice in choosing our mattress and although the store was due to close at 6pm did not hurry us to make a decision. Donnie’s manner was professional, friendly and capable. We ordered a super king bed and mattress which we subsequently changed to a king size (husband’s fault for not measuring!). We contacted Donnie the following morning to amend the order which was done with no issue and the mattress protector and sheets we bought were swapped for the new size promptly and with no quibble. Overall, the experience we had in your Inverness branch was excellent and was due to the professionalism of Donnie. He is a real credit to your company and deserves recognition for going the extra mile to provide great customer service. We are now waiting for our bed to be delivered on the 11th April and we are hoping the delivery process is as good an experience as we had purchasing the products.

Donnie was very helpful when we were trying to pick the correct mattress. We used the mattress profiling device with the sensors and body imaging technology to help my wife and I find the best mattress for us. We were allowed to take our time choosing the right bed without being rushed, even though it was past closing time by the time we had finished. Overall, it was a pretty fun afternoon and we were happy with our final decision and purchase. The 0 per cent finance helped to sweeten the deal!

Staff were friendly and well informed. Very obliging and even gave us coffee! Also gave advice on mattresses for my daughter, which I can pass on to her. Delivery times and availability for the sofa bed which I ordered were excellent. Knocked the spots off DFS!!

Lisa the shop assistant was extremely helpful. She made us feel relaxed and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to try out products and make our decisions. We were offered the new technology in assessment of the right mattress, which was very helpful.

Tracy was very helpful and friendly. She listened to my needs and advised accordingly I did view the bed I purchased online first to read the reviews, but I like to see what I am buying. She made the whole process of choosing and buying a bed very easy.

I was back and forth to the store before placing an order checking on prices else where. The assistant was very obliging and friendly and always courteous and welcoming. Order was placed quickly and without any issues and I ordered at the price I was happy with.

We received first class attention from the moment we arrived in store, given coffee drink as we Walked around looking at different beds. We were given the choice to be assessed for the right beds on their special machine. Staff were very knowledgeable on all stock in showroom.
