Staff member was very good.

The two ladies who were on duty on Saturday the 25th September in your Inverness store could not have been more helpful. We learned a lot about sleep and beds that day and want to thank them both very much for their professionalism and for how well they listened to and responded to our needs. One of the assistants was younger and it was lovely to see the superb and nurturing mentoring abilities of her more experienced colleague.

We received all the help we required from a very pleasant and professional advisor. We were able to find the right products for us and ordering was easy with good delivery times.

The lady in the Inverness store was extremely friendly, happy to demonstrate how the ottoman worked, explained how much space was available under bed. She also advised us to buy one of insurance and what that covered. She wasn’t pushy, we knew what we were looking for. Also she told us about the price promise and the fact we could choose a date for delivery. It was simple easy and we both felt we had a great experience. Please pass this on to the lady
