Lucy and her colleague were very knowledgeable but I am Highly Satisfied mostly because they were friendly, had good banter and made the experience fun and enjoyable.

A lady called Lisa from Inverness Dreams welcomed me and my wife as soon as we entered the premises. She took us around lots of the product we were after and explained how the good quality worked for our benefit. She explained in detail how long the guarantee lasted for and how to use it if we were not satisfied after delivery We found her to be a very pleasant salesperson and good for the Dreams Company

We were well looked after during our visit, offered tea, coffee and water. I asked about beds with storage and was shown around them all (some several times upon request) the beds were lifted up from the front, side and drawers pulled out to show their sturdiness to help in our decision. We were advised accordingly in what would be sutiable options with the mattress we had chosen. When we were trying out several mattresses (again some several times) it was made sure our comfy pillows followed us. Could not fault our experience at all. Thank you.
