Dreams - Inverness

It had been sometime since I/we last purchased a new bed. There is so much choice, on-line and in local stores. I was delighted to find Dreams had opened a new store in my city. There was so much to choose from but the staff made it very easy for me, answering all my questions, giving me plenty of time, making me a cup of coffee. When I made my choice I asked salesman David for a quote, took the quote home to look through all the details. I phoned David back the next day and placed my order. My bed was delivered his morning an hour earlier than the allocated time slot between 11am and 1pm. The delivery team were very efficient and helpful, they even took my old bed down stairs for me. Thank you all very much, my pampered Persian cat has already had his afternoon nap on my new bed and I'm looking forward to my first nights sleep.

The Staff were warm and friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Keen to help without being pushy. A great shopping experience.

We would especially like to commend Donnie whom helped us during our visit. Very helpful, friendly and attentive which is a rare thing in retail these days!

From the time I entered the store to making my purchase the staff were there to give advice. They offered me tea several times helping to make it clear they didn't want me to rush my decision and giving me time and space to browse. Staff were very competent in their knowledge of their products

Upon arrival in the store we were greeted by a friendly assistant who gave us her full attention including offering refreshments. The assistant had an excellent knowledge of the products in store and after explaining our requirements, she made several suggestions until we found the right combinations of beds and mattresses. We were not made to feel rushed in anyway and even after going back time and time again to re-try mattresses she remained patient and helpful. When our decision was made to purchase she explained our order very carefully including a full explanation of the cover and protection plans best suited to our goods. An excellent experience from entering the shop to leaving.

Good standard of help in shop prior to deciding on purchase. Very efficient and friendly delivery of new mattress together with removal of old mattress.

We spoke to an assistant called Donnie who was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the beds, and did not want to push us in any direction, we were also offered a cup of teat which is a really nice touch

I was not ‘pounced upon’ the minute I stepped through the door, just a gentle hello and left to browse. Only when I gave eye contact as a gesture for help, I was attended to and never felt more comfortable. Not once during my visit did I feel under any pressure to purchase, there was no ‘hard sell’ tactics whatsoever and the knowledge of the exact product I was looking for was second to none. There was no ‘rush’, offered tea or coffee on more than one occasion and such lovely staff.

Bensons tried to rip me off - did not listen to me requirements at all Dave was extremely helpful, listened to all my needs, gave me superb advice, and allowed me to consider overnight as purchase was for my 10 year old, offered cold bottled water on both visits as it was very hot out. Thrilled with assistance and advice I received from Dave and the great atmosphere in the store - great banter. Will definitely be recommending this store, and most definitely Dave to all of my friends, family and colleagues.
