Very friendly, highly knowledgeable staff. Tracy the Store Manager offered me coffee while I made my decision on the purchase.Did not feel pressured to buy.

The staff were friendly, good with our 3 year old daughter as well as knowledgeable about their products and helped us choose the right bed for us. Explained the differences in the mattresses and showed us the different colour headboards, bases and explained the different storage options. Would shop there again.

Staff could not do enough to assist my wife and myself, very pleased with efficiency and knowledge passed to us both during our enquiry. Had no hesitation in purchasing a bed and mattress, just awaiting delivery

Friendly service from a knowledgable assistant who instinctively knew when to offer advice and when to leave us to wander amongst the displays to try the various mattresses.

The staff could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They seemed genuinely sorry that we would not take a cup of coffee but we had just had breakfast. They made us feel really appreciated and that they were very grateful for our custom.

We spent about 2 hours in your Inverness store making our minds up over choosing what was going to be the right mattress for us throughout the staff were available but we did not feel pressured in choosing, which was so nice as so often in stores you feel pressured by staff. When we had made our minds up we were dealt with in a very freindly and helpful manner and delivery was arranged very quickly. We were later contacted by e-mail giving us a 2 hour window for the delivery day this was also later confirmed. The delivery men were also very helpful and quick the mattress was taken to the room of our choice and wrapping removed and old mattress taken away. Was also impressed that they put on over shoes as it was very wet out side. It is so refreshing to get such good service from start to finish by all the staff that work for Dreams.

Very pleased with shop and staff very knowledgeable and friendly .We were offered tea or coffee .All in all a very good experience.
