The staff made us welcome and were helpful and imformative

The salesman, Dave, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. Without any pressure we purchased a top quality Tempur mattress after originally intending to buy a medium priced mattress. When we expressed an interest in pillows he was again knowledeable and we were able to test a full range without any pressure, again purchasing the most expensive. We were made to feel very welcome and felt that we would have been treated with the same courtesy if we had not purchased anything. We would certainly return in the future and would not hesitate to recommend your store to others. Our shopping experience was a positive one on all levels. Thank you.

The assistant was very helpful, giving us time to wander around and select different beds before helping us with our final decision.

I made the mistake of sitting on the most comfortable and most expensive mattress when I came into the store but obviously there was not other option of getting anything else other than a tempur mattress.. sales man was so helpful and also very knowledgable of the product I bought..

Staff very friendly and helpful offering a cup of coffee whilst we were trying out beds. Encouraged to stay as long as we needed and try out all of the beds. Staff had great knowledge and showed us great comparisons of beds in similar quality.
