The staff gave me attention when I needed it and space to explore the products and think when I needed it. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was offered a tea/coffee so I felt I could take my time in considering my purchase. There was a very good range of mattresses, the product I was wanting, in the store to try at my leisure.
