Tiree in the Inverness store was absolutely lovely and was a joy to speak with. Wasn’t over bearing or “salesy”, just very helpful and knowledgeable and made it so I wouldn’t think twice about using Dreams again in the future

The staff at Dreams could not have been more helpful. So friendly and attentive, they really helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. It was a particularly hot day when we visited and we were offered a bottle of water whilst going round the shop, topping off the experience. Delighted with our experience and purchase and will highly recommend to friends and family.

We have previously owned a Tempur mattress and we’re looking to purchase another one in a larger size without waiting for 2-3 months. We contacted Dreams in Inverness and spoke to Donnie who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He understood exactly what we wanted and delivered! An overbearing sales pitch is an automatic turn off but Donnie quickly and correctly assessed our needs and was determined to deliver. I don’t often leave a review but in times where service seems to have taken a nose dive, Donnie was first class. Mattress is being delivered within a week…great job Dreams!
