The Inverness store had what we wanted at a very good price. The staff were knowledgable, helpful, efficient and pleasant.

Was not 'pounced' on as soon as I was thru the door. Given time to look around then I was asked if I needed any help. Then the answers and advice given to me were excellent. Points came up that I hadn't thought about!

We went to Dreams and were helped by a very helpful colleague who listened to our needs and recommended several products. We ended up finding an ex display Temper mattress and got a great discount and even better, it was delivered with a week.
