Dreams - Inverness

The store assistant was very helpful yet not pushy, he listened to our needs and advised accordingly. He was very helpful in describing the features in the various designs and made our selection of a new mattress a lot easier. The price he organised for our product we purchased was excellent and we were both highly delighted with every aspect of the experience.

Good service from davey and tracey

The person who assisted us called Donnie was very knowledgable and very helpful. He was on hand to answer any questions we had but did not "hover over us" or display any pressure to make us make a purchase. He was able to answer in depth any questions we had about the various beds we tried. In having this knowledge we feel pretty certain that we made the right choice and purchase.

I was very satisfied, I explained my needs and the assistant was able to show me a product that fulfilled my need. He was very helpful and I was very happy to know my order would be delivered in eight days.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

The assistant provided a good overall balance to his assessment of my need. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and did not have a pre-determined idea of what would be best. He spent time explaining the different products available and overall had a pleasant manner.

At the Inverness store we were served by Donny who was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a mattress and a bed settee and we will go back to Dreams for a bed when we are ready to and we will ask for Donny. Our only disappointment was being unable to see an item from a range of bedroom furniture. To See this we would have had to go to Glasgow. We found a different item at another store in Inverness.

Donnie was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was a very good range of what I was looking for available.
