The Staff member we dealt with was very good indeed. Very helpful, he gave us information on the products we were interested in then gave us time to look around. When we were ready, he answered our questions. We had previously visited a competitor of yours & had not been at all impressed with the service there, so we chose to do business with yourselves & will do in future.

Dave obviously knew his products and was able to give us valuable assistance in making our choice. He explained to us, in terms that were readily understood, the benefits of the various products on display that we were interested in as well as the various finance packages available. He was not in the least 'pushy' and gave us as much time as we needed in order to make our decision. A good guy, hang on to him!

Staff very warm and friendly, nice easy experience to try out different mattresses. Even had a cuppa! Delighted I got the bed of my dreams! Excited for delivery date!

The staff at the branch were not only attentive, understanding & extremely helpful. We had 2 young children with us and the store manager Tracy spent time with the kids and got them to choose their beds whilst making the whole experience for them about fun and not just bed shopping, whilst this was going on Davey spent time with us and got us not only the perfect bed but was interested in how we were decorating our house so he could match the bed to our colour scheme. Magnificent staff and a pleasure to deal with. Tracy and Davy in Inverness are a credit to your organistaion. Well done to all

After indicating our requirements your representative (Tracy) made suggestions of types of beds available and encouraged testing. It was easy to make a decision on the bed requirement . We are very pleased with the service provided and would have no qualms in returning to your Inverness outlet.

Experience was quick and staff knowledgeable and helpful. However could not view single beds and headboards individually. This was the only complaint.
