Friendly salesman who was there to help us with our choice, but gave us enough time on our own to feel comfortable trying all the beds out. Buying a bed is a very expensive thing to do these days so you want to make sure you get the right one! I feel like we have done and now await its arrival.

Excellent service from staff member in Inverness store. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was not pushy; kept a discreet distance & was there when we needed help.

The visit to the store was worthwhile, the sales person was approachable and friendly and was very knowledgable regarding our needs.

Gentleman in store was very helpful and looked after us when we came in. Provided balloons for our kids to keep them entertained and offered tea and coffee. Very pleasant experience

Me and my partner went it to the Inverness store, looking for a bed had no idea with what kind we where looking for as soon as we entered the store we had someone come up to us straight away to offer assistance was a lovely gentleman was eger to answer all of my questions when we finally picked a bed I phoned the store a lady answered was so very helpful was so easy ordering the bed over the phone the lady was so kind knew an answer to all my questions over all both a fantastic help and I found and loved what i choose and what I was looking for at the dreams store Inverness .

The sales man David was most informative, insisted we give the mattresses we were looking at a thorough try, explained the make up of the mattresses and then to be sure try them again. Excellent service however at present until we take delivery and have a few nights use I can not give a definite answer as to the suitability of the goods until full use.

Gentleman I talked to was very helpful and fully described the items I required. We live 15 miles from your Inverness store and we are partly housebound. You do not offer a delivery service but the guy I spoke to offered to deliver the goods himself. An unusual kindness these days. Thank you.
