From the moment I arrived in store the sales assistant, Tracy, was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. She took the time to explain in detail and at no time was I made to feel that I had to hurry up and make a decision (an experience I have had in other Tempur stockist stores). It was this level of service which made me make the decision to purchase there and then.

My wife & I did not intend to purchase a bed just now, we only went into your shop in Inverness to find out what was available. However, my daughter Sheena had purchased her bed from the Inverness shop, & my wife & I thought we would have a look to see what style of beds you had in stock - thinking of purchasing a bed in the future. However, your staff are wonderful, they were so friendly, helpful, and with excellent product knowledge. I am in retailing myself so I know when I get excellent customer service, & I certainly got it yesterday.
