Knowledgeable and friendly members of staff and clean and Covid safe store. The member of staff dealing with us, asks the right questions to ensure our needs were met, he was empathetic to my health issues.

Lee gave myself and my sister his total professional assistance and was most polite when I wore inappropriate clothing in the form of a dress above the knee!! He could move from one side of the bed to the other side swiftly and not have inappropriate eye shot above the knee, on a very hot day. A dream athletic professional individual sales person/advisor who we couldn’t thank enough. It was a pleasure doing business with Dreams and he deserves a fit bit as a reward for his athleticism!!!’ Thanks again.

Offered assistance as soon as entered store. Assistant didn't rush us. Felt relaxed to try out products. No pressure to buy most expensive item.

We had Lee serving us, and he was fantastic from start to finish. It helped that we had a browse on the website before going to the shop, but Lee understood and took the time in finding us the right bed. We also have to say his colleague (didn’t get his name) was also polite and easy to talk to. We have a family member that is looking for a new bed and we would recommend going back to that store to buy one.

I was there with my elderly mother looking for an electric assistance bed for my disabled father. The assistant spent a decent amount of time with us trying to identify a bed of the correct height and match that with the most appropriate mattress for his size/weight etc. The overall package we selected hopefully will be perfect for his needs. It was a little more expensive than we had thought we were going to pay ahead of time but I’m sure it will be worth it. Ideally we wanted a 4ft small double option however the model we chose didn’t come in that size option. The assistant was helpful.
