Assistance provided quickly, staff provided hand sanitizer and sheets to test mattresses. Different types of bed and mattresses explained so I was able to make an informed choice.

I was in the store for what felt like 5 minutes, I was approached straight away and assisted from the start. Firstly I was asked what I wanted and then placed on the dream machine straight away. Once I was done with the machine I was given a option of 5 Beds which I quickly narrowed down to 1 then I placed my order and told it’ll be to me in 6 days time considering the global pandemic I would say that’s pretty fast. The member of staff was really helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about.
