I do not enjoy shopping at the best of times but dean made it as easy as posble explained everything in a language I could understand was very polite and efficient all done in about 20-30 mins

I was not expecting the item I had looked at online would be in store. Another item I was considering was not available to view in store but the assistant had seen it and described it to me and suggested an alternative which was better.

Dean was our sales assistant and was very helpful. The sleep match technology was extremely useful as we both have joint problems so we have high expectations that our new mattress will work for us both
