Staff were very friendly and helpful but did not pressurise me. They knew their products and were able to advise me well. They also explained your returns policy well which made me feel confident to buy while in store.

The service was brilliant I was just looking for a pillow and the college gave me his knowledge of pillows and explained the importance of the correct pillow regardless of price.
