We were advised by Lee, 311, that the store had a number of items that met our requirements and he was very informative about the products Dreams had to offer us. We found Lee very polite, patient and understanding. We will advise our friends to ask for Lee when they visit Dreams.

I had taken time out from the Covid lockdown to buy a nice bed at Dreams at Romford but was very anxious about the shop layout and whether i would be looked after. To my surprise, I was helped very well by Lee, the manager of the store and there were sanitizers at the front door,by the tables, and beds were labelled with real writing as to time of cleaning and i was given paper to lie on and trial the beds so i felt at ease. Lee was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There is a machine which measures your needs which was fun. I ended up ordering a Tempur mattress with cooling gel and this was the one I kept going back to as it was the most comfortable as I wanted to protect my back and have good night sleep hopefully for the next 10 yrs. Thanks again Dreams for making my bed ordering experience so easy and efficient at Romford branch.

Paul and Chelle weee fantastic. From the moment we walked in to store we were made to feel welcome and safe. Paul spent the time of showing us different mattresses and matching our needs. He also helped us chose the correct pillows. Chelle helped us decide on what bedside tables to buy, and helped us measure them. She also helped us decide on the duvet we chose. Both members of staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, approachable and helped us order everything we needed.
