I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Offered me a good selection of products. And was quick at processing the order and payment. I also didn't feel pressured into anything and the salesman gave me time to think it over in peace rather then hovering over me like some sales people do.

We were greeted by the salesman soon after entering the shop and he pointed out the ppe procedure and asked us what we were looking for in a very friendly way. As someone who does not like people "hovering" around when shopping for large items but that there is someone at hand if needed we found that he had the perfect balance. I usually resist the pressure selling of insurance etc during the closing of a sale but in this case his knowledge was very persuasive so we purchased the mattress insurance (only time and experience will tell on that one!). The delivery date was also a pleasant surprise (about 10 days). Regarding marks for price paid I did not score top marks for 2 reasons, I am always sceptical regarding SALES! and as yet I do not know how it is going to wear! On the whole a very good experience and the fastest purchase by us ever for a large item.
