We were very satisfied with our experience at dreams Martyn was excellent at explaining and helping us choose ,very knowledgeable and able to address any issues that we had ,gave us time to change our minds and phone through to another colleague to check if that colour was available to purchase with the bed we ordered can't fault the experience

I found what I was looking for within the first ten minutes of visiting the store

Martyn was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in the store. It was extremely quiet as it was the start of the Covid-19 crisis, and although lockdown had not been initiated, the store was quiet. He asked if we needed any help initially (as well as offering us both a drink...very appreciated), and we just browsed initially to try and narrow our purchase options. Once he saw that we had whittled the choice down to a handful, he advised us on each mattress in turn. He also supervised the computer aided mattress analysis, and it ended up recommending a slightly lower spec mattress than the one we had almost settled on. We stuck with our slightly more expensive choice, and Martyn completed the sale with ease. I can't fault the delivery given the current crisis, and the mattress was delivered on time on the rearranged date after our original date was cancelled, with Shane calling us beforehand to prepare to receive it under social distancing rules. Overall an extremely good experience, with wonderful staff (both in store and at delivery) Thank you!
