Dreams - Romford

We attended with our three year old daughter and I am pregnant. We immediately were welcomed and offered help but also left to browse which I really value. I hate the pressure in some stores that I did not find at the Romford one at all. I had no idea what I was looking for but when asked for help they could not have done anymore to help. They even sat with my daughter and coloured so my husband and I could have a moment to consider the information given. I was then offered a hot drink and the process of placing an order was seamless with hardly any lead In time. Yes it wasn’t the most modern of places but so glad I visited, thank you.

I had a really good experience with Martyn, Dreams Colleague. He really went far and beyond for me to ensure I got the right product! And he was very attentive as well!! And I also loved the dream sleep machine...that was soooo funny! 😹

I arrived in store, and the assistant came over to help straight away. Asked what we were looking for. I used the machine that tells you what the best mattress for your needs us. The assistant showed me the mattress. And told me about the 61 day trial. And I made my choice. He also asked if I wanted pillows, if I had a mattress to be taken away. Explained that if I struggled to get the plastic bag on just to put it on the end and the delivery men would do the rest.

We get all the help we needed. The stuff was really friendly , trying to do their best for helping us.

We had a go on the on a bed that could detect what type of bed I should get. Martyn also made us a cup of tea whilst showing us around.
