V good diagnostic tool as to my mattress needs. Martyn was v approachable, friendly, helpful and clear, and listened to me re my budget. I was given time and a cup of coffee. I felt valued as a customer.

Easy to get to. Parking right outside shop. Friendly customer service. Lee was extremely friendly and helpful when choosing our product. He seemed to really care about our choices and had excellent knowledge.

The man who served us was really helpful, not pushy and made us feel very comfortable in every respect.

Lee was extremely helpful let me relax on different matches watched some kind of video which he was able to tell from how I slept which mattress will be better.Customer also offered me the protection plan for 8 years .In addition ask me if I wanted to put a deposit on the bed which I put only 109 pound whilst he checked with the criteria if I was eligible for finance from Barclays the process was easy and informative and very quick .He also gave me a bottle of water which I found very thoughtful in addition he offered me the protection sheet for the double side bed and did not charge me extra for delivery on a weekend which will be not this Saturday but next Saturday.I also said I may have to change the date if it conflicts with my hospital appointment for delivery and found out all is well. The mattress and Frame feels of high quality standard and I believe will last for a long time .Dreams will be delivering and assembling the bed total value £1500 pounds.I live just behind the store and the whole experience was excellent 5 star review 5 being excellent,

Dean was fantastic in looking after us, measuring our bodies in the machine in calculating the best mattress for us. Dean really cared about us receiving the best mattress and bed possible, excellent service from him.

The store didn’t gave the option I had seen online but suggested an alternative thatbwas much better value for money. It was easy to order & the bed will be with me within the week

1. Lee (staff) acknowledged and greeted us as soon as we walked. He was polite and cordial. Asked if we’d like drink tea/water. 2. He took down our requirement details like what we were looking for and the budget we had in mind 3. He tried to cross sell other products like the sleeping machine, Tempur pillows which we tried. I must say that he is a great asset to your company He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived which we did not experience in other stores. We will definitely come again when we buy our new home.

I found the sales rep attentive and knowledgable. He also gave us time to try our beds on our own giving us time to discuss our options without feeling under pressure.
