Very satisfied with the quality of service and the time and patience given. Dreams representative Lee was outstanding and assisted and advised on the mattress we were looking for. His colleague was also very helpful, but not sure of his name. Thank you both for making it a pain free experience.

The store assistant was extremely helpful and we was in and out of the shop with everything ordered within 20 minutes, perfect!

I did visit your Romford brunch, the gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful. I’d did visit other shops the day before we made purchase in your shop but I wasn’t happy at all with their services . But on Sunday as soon as we arrived in your shop we felt welcomed. The staff were able to guide us to the product which best met our requirements. The delivery time for some items was over 6 weeks which was a little disappointing.

Shop assistant was highly knowledgeable and understood my needs. Showed range of mattress’ in my price range and offered good advice. Smooth visit and was able to answer all my queries regarding finance.

The sales assistant Martyn was pleasant and helpful with out being pushy. I was dealt with immediately in a friendly manner. He knew his products and was able to help and advise me in my purchase. The delivery was equally as satisfactory, two charming young men who were quick and efficient and well mannered. Altogether a very good experience.
