The assistant in store demonstrated the storage facility and when we placed our order requested a delayed delivery with timings (due to parking restrictions). Leon and Paul, the delivery drivers kept me informed as to delivery and assembled the bed quickly, without fuss, were respectful of my home and were very pleasant to deal with, removing all boxes and packaging.

Big thank you to Dean and other colleague. Both had massive experience in this industry and happy to spend quality time with me as well as making sure other people in the store was ok. You can see they work as a team and as one was serving me the other made a coffee (nice touch). Loved that I was able to walk in my first shop of shopping and get what I wanted and that’s partly due to great customer service.

Done in 10 minutes, no hassle, the guy, Ifzal suggested a good combination for the price I was looking to pay.

Ifzal is a brilliant member of your team and you're very lucky to have him! Even though Hornchurch wasn't his permanent store and he was just covering on Sunday 2nd June, he made us feel welcome and helped me and my partner find the perfect mattress. We were both none the wiser about which one we needed to buy but Ifzal helped us find one that suited us both. He understood our budget and didn't push us to buy anything we couldn't afford and tailored our experience to us. He was not a pushy salesman who just wanted a quick sale, he took the time to find out about myself and my partner and really made us feel like he had our best interests at heart and not a sale. The knowledge he has of how someone should be sleeping and the importance of the right mattress and pillow surprised us and it showed he cared about what he does. I will certainly be returning to the store however Ifzal does not work at the Hornchurch branch (my local) which is a shame as he made the experience a lot better. He even knew more than the permanent staff at Hornchurch about the Hornchurch branch. Ifzal deserves recognition for his brilliant way with customers and outstanding care of attention.

Friendly professional service. Very patient and explained everything really well plus gave time to try different products, mattresses & pillows.

The sale person was friendly, had great knowledge of the products he was selling. was not pushy just made suggestions that we try. Allowing us to see and try the products for ourself. We actually left the shop but discussed the products and rang the shop as soon as we got home and placed our order.

Lee from your Romford store served me. He was very well informed of your products, friendly, approachable, I didn’t feel rushed at all, even with two young children being slightly demanding he was calming and helped me take the time to choose the right mattress and pillows for me! The machine for the mattress was great and with his help it seems I’ve chosen a great mattress. Even with his help with the pillows I started to experience a better sleep straight away! With two young babies I am sure I will be eternally grateful to Lee at Romford and Dreams for the few short hours I get to sleep, for now they will be alas a few quality hours in my new comfy mattress and fluffy pillows :) great service, will come again!
