The staff member Lee. Was very welcoming and helped us in our hour of need, he made choosing a mattress so easy.

The mattress testing technology was unique and helped narrow down our buying options. The staff in store were able to assist us with all further questions. We were able to purchase exactly what we were looking for.

Dean (Store Manager) was very attentive and shared great product knowledge which allowed me to be able to make my purchase today. I really liked the fact that my options were condensed down to my needs which made the overall experience easy and hassle-free Dean was also really patient and helpful throughout.

He listened to what i was looking for and managed to help me pick exactly what i wanted and for an amazing price due to having my first baby. He was amazing, very friendly and lovely and would definately recommend anyone to go to the Romford store.

The young man was called lee I think, he was very passionate about mattresses and pillow I never knew I could learn so much from my visit in your store in Hornchurch. Great customer service in store and delivery was great. Bed installed quickly. Customer service in the phone could be better. Phoned x 4 and twice told by automated voice to call back later and twice I left a message on a voicemail and nobody called me back. But other than that good experience.
