Excellent assistance given in helping us to find the right mattress for us with so many to choose from. The salesman spent as much time with us as was needed to help us choose, and fully explained the products and all the different options.

The man that served me was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was selling .

From the moment I discussed with 'Lee' the assistant what I was looking for he was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive (offered me refreshments) and took the time to help me find the right pillow for me, even advising me to lie on a bed with a similar mattress to the one I have at home before handing me a variety of pillows to try. Very good customer service skills, not pushy, just polite, helpful and friendly. It's all a customer would ask for.

The service i received suited my needs. The advice given was outstanding. A good sized showroom meant one did not feel overwhelmed. I also appreciated someone taking away my old stuff. An excellent experience all round. Well done

Staff on hand to answer questions and show the main differences. We were left to try each bed suggested and allowed time to decide which would be the most suitable. No pressure to purchase a more expensive bed as our choice was respected. Martyn was very professional and explain the delivery process clearly. Very happy with this purchase.
