Made me feel very welcome and didnt try to sell me something i didnt want.

Dean and the team were very attentive and knowledgeable and the service was fantastic

We as greeted by Lee when entering the store. He even offered us a cup of tea. He explained the pricing of the beds and then he let us look around. He then explained the mattresses by colour coding and got us to try many different ones. He was very professional and made us feel at ease.

Easy and friendly service with great value for money

The assistance we received was highly satisfactory and hence why we purchased our bed. His knowledge was extremely helpful and we did not feel obligated to purchase. Very calm mannerisms and advised to take our time and try the various mattresses available and see what suits us best. Gave us advise on the how delivery would be made and for us to think about if we had the space for the superking mattress to be taken up the stairs as Dreams have a policy of not bending the mattress. Lee then advised about the option of having 2 zipped mattresses which we ended up going with.

The store was very well presented and the colleague who helped me, Lee, was great. He helped me find the mattress i needed and all additional products i purchased.

We were dealt with in a very timely manner and the sales assistant Lee was very helpful and guided us in the right direction to get the mattress we required. He's very knowledgeable and took time and effort to ensure we go the product what we required.
