Lee the sales person was very polite and nice to talk to explaining the layout and the important of a good night sleep.

I was given all the information and help that i required by the in store sales assistant Martyn, He also made sure i was happy with everything once i had made my choice of mattress, he was also very helpful with processing the payment and delivery, again making sure i had all the information i needed.

Dean the store manager in Hornchurch store was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit I even got offered a bottle of water which was a nice gesture! We found the bed we were looking for and dean explained everything in detail and we were highly satisfied

I last dealt with Dreams about 20 years ago and was highly satisfied then and I was not disappointed with the service this time. Store is easily accessible, staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient, Lee served me and he explained everything clearly and asked me if I understood everything. He advised on what products he thought were suitable for my needs and I tried out several mattresses before making my choice. He also advised me on suitable storage space in the divan and I tested the drawers before making my choice. It was an easy and enjoyable transaction, Dreams has lived up to my expectations.

Martyn was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained the colour coding of the mattresses and then left me to try without hassling me. When I had made a decision was again on hand to talk me through the base and headboard options. I was very comfortable that he knew his stuff!
