The assistant, Martyn, was extremely helpful and had substantial knowledge about the products on offer at the store. He was very polite and made the whole experience easy and satisfying.

Staff were friendly and available with minimum waiting when requiring help. Was given space to look around and test the mattresses without feeling pressurised. Was offered hot drinks twice and when accepted the coffee was very nice too! Did not feel rushed at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially the older man who dealt with our purchase. On arrival we were asked if we would like tea or coffee which was unexpected but welcome. Choosing a new mattress can be daunting but its was not long to decide the one for us. Nice no pressure atmosphere.

Its all what you expect from a well known company. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and good-natured towards my child. The store had a variety of products which we agreed were of high quality

I found the items that I wanted without any problems. They were accessible and the prices/styles were easily identifiable. The staff member who assisted me (Martyn) was very knowledgable, offering a cup of tea or coffee to drink while you shopped. He also gave me enough time and space to look around on my own without the pressure of feeling like I had to be ready to choose something. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Dean was very knowledgable and interestedin our needs Selected a number of bedsthat should meet our need. Store was clean and spacious. A nice touch was Dean giving us a choise of tea or coffee while we sorted out the sale etc. Very satisfied with service.

I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived at the store by the sales person was very helpful in finding me the right product in the right fabric choice. He was friendly and patient and explained all my options clearly.

Had done some of the research on-line and came to the store to try few mattresses and confirm some of my assumptions. Received very professional service by Martyn in the shop - he was not pushy, but was really helpful in a polite and nice way. Very professional knowledge about product line.
