I told the sales person I was only looking for a pillow, omg what great service even though I was just interested in a pillow. Offering me a cup of tea as soon as I arrived in the store and the gentleman explained everything about choosing the correct pillow and my god he knew his stuff. I wonder what service I will get when I come back to buy a bed??

As the store is so difficult o find, I'd no signs on the main road to say the store is hidden behind other buildings, the staff knew we was not happy, so promptly made us coffee, and gave us his fall attention, you are quite lucky you have good staff.

Not a pushy salesman. Asked what we were looking for. Showed us the different products and left us to peruse.

Everything went smoothly, assistance given freely and order taken promptly.

The person who helped us, Lee, was very helpful, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. He was also very good with my daughter who was quite active whilst we was in the store.

The salesperson, Lee was very helpful in every aspect of my daughter choosing a bed suitable for her needs. We were offered a drink upon arrival at the store, Lee also gave us plenty of time/space to discuss what we were looking at re price.

On entering the store the salesman Lee was highly attentive and offered us a coffee/tea, of which we accepted in the knowledge we were going to buy a bed and mattress. He was very informative and encouraged us to try the beds out and fully explained the types of mattresses we were looking at and at the end of the visit we were more than happy to purchase the goods. He made sure that we understood everything in purchasing the bed and mattress. We also purchased two pillows, of which again he encouraged us to try out and came away very satisfied. Overall we would be more than happy to recommend our family/friends to purchase goods from Dreams.
