Dreams - Romford

I was greated at the main entrance by Lee. I already had in mind the bed that I wanted to view, but when I saw it I realised that it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Lee was really helpful, polite and friendly. He showed me a couple of different styles of ottomen beds before helping me chose what matress I liked. Making sure I didn't look at the price, Lee showed me a number of different matresses and got me to assess how I liked them, before etting me to try different matresses based on my feedback. Lee really listed and explained the process and was happy for me to keep going back and trying again. He was very helpful and not pushy at all, he was very understanding and was a "dream" to deal with.

The assistant, Lee, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole buying a new bed and mattress stream less

Within minutes of walking into the store I was asked if I needed help on anything, very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant he explained about the different mattresses . The process of buying a bed was very quick and easy.

We knew what we wanted prior to visiting your store. Lee who served us is a credit to your company, polite and professional through the process, he explained all we needed to know, greeted us upon entering the store and offered us a tea/coffee. He explained the delivery process and the disposal of the old bed, the various drawer options we could have and every thing else you want to know about the bed!. A very smooth, pleasant purchase. Excellent!

My wife and myself were greeted as we walked through the door by a sales person asking us if we need help. The sales person stayed with us all the time explaining what mattress in detail that we were looking at, we found this was very helpful and on his recommendation we bought a mattress.we hope it will up our expectations.. yours truly mr k daniels..

It was a very quick and easy process which made me satisfied. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the length of time I had to wait for my new bed to arrive.

You had what I wanted at a reasonable price.The sales person knew what he was talying about . He was not pushing but there when I had a question. The other reason I went to Dreams was the way Dreams dealt with an in guarantee of a family members electric bed which broke and did not have a receipt.

A good selection of beds to try so we were able to choose a bed that was suitable for our needs. also the store was well arranged.
