I was in & out of the store in 30 minutes, having found what I wanted, & placed an order. The Lee was most helpful, so I felt satisfied.

Good choice of beds available,great staff.Very helpful and knowledgeable,advised and supported on all the questions i had.I was showed not just around the shop but online choice was also offered to me.Was explained about bed cover ,and whats included.Pleasant store assistant.Received all the advice and care i have expected.Thank you.

I was recommended to Dreams by my daughter. Because of this I chose to visit the Romford store. Martin was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and did not try and push me to purchase 1 item over another. Very impressed with the service. I hope the delivery f the goods and high standards continue. This was an expensive but very necessary purchase for me as I suffer with a bad back and restless sleep. Martin guided me through the mattress and pillow options.

Really friendly staff and helpful in sorting out delivery. Unlike Benson for beds

Member of staff was very helpful. Wasn't under out feet all the time which allowed us to browse round the store at our leisure.
